My bin was missed?

Please phone Council on 1300 123 456 within one business day of your bin being missed so we can arrange another collection. You can also lodge a request online. Once reported, please leave your bin out on the kerb and do not remove it until it has been emptied. 

If it has been longer than one business day, you will need to wait until your next collection for your bin to be emptied.
