If you have been overcharged for parking or you have been charged wrongly, please do the following
1. take a screen shot of the charges
2. Send an email or fill in the template for exact time you parked. Down to the minute is best
3. Submit the screenshot
4. Fill in refund method if you used cash
Please note that we will not be able to process charges that are over 3 days old. Allow 2 weeks for refund to be completed.
